I was offered an opportunity in this medium size firm to take over the key areas of Criminal Law and Family Law. I undertook an intensive period of file development from no current files to current custody and management of over 200 current matters and turn-over of 600 clients per annum. The position requires high level communication with both clients and other professionals. I employ well-developed advocacy skills to a high level in the Family, District and Local Courts.
Other tasks include: compilation of briefs of evidence, memoranda of advice and written submissions; legal and miscelleneous research and investigations; and general office management, billing and correspondence.

For my first year of full-time employment I took the opportunity to work in outback NSW in a position offering a high level of responsibility and experience in all areas of the law. There was nothing that I would not do.
